  Building Description: “This first phase of Powder Ridge was composed of four-unit residential condominium units. Located at the base of one of Alta’s premier Powder Snow ski runs, it was designed to fit into the sensitive site with the appearance of an alpine village. The second phase, a multi-story condominium lodge was never built.”¹
