Building Description: A booklet containing the works of Scott, Louie and Browning Architects & Engineers describes the work as follows, “The Brickyard development, located on the former site of a pioneer brick manufacturing plant, provides a mix of commercial and residential uses. The residential portion consists of one hundred and eight condominiums in eighteen buildings oriented around a series of manmade lakes. One, two and three bedroom units are located in each building. The clubhouse is centrally located on the larger lake and is within easy walking distance from all the units.”1
