Building Description: A booklet containing the works of Scott, Louie and Browning Architects & Engineers describes the work as follows, “This branch bank is locate across the street from a regional shopping center to take advantage of the traffic generated by the center. Exterior materials were allowed to flow freely through the glass to the interior. Brick walls and paving, planting, running water and natural light help to create a relaxed and informal atmosphere.”1
